I like the heaviness of the nozzles. They are not made cheaply.

If it weren't for my strong husband trying to open and close the thumb release on this then I wouldn't of ever been able to open or close it. I was going to return it thinking it was broken but after he worked it then I can now work it as long as I put pressure on it. The previous ones I bought from you in May, July, and August of 2021 worked extremely easily but I noticed these ones are different because they're made with metal instead of plastic like my others.

I purchased a two nozzle set from Costco a few years ago and came to these reviews in hopes of finding a way to make the thumb lever easier to use. Each year, it has gotten harder and harder to use the thumb level on the nozzle with multiple settings, especially with my thumbs having more ailments. For the other nozzle it shoots water about 30 degrees from where you aim. Other than that it works well, but you have to adjust where you are aiming.They are durable and I hate to throw out durable items, but I'm looking to replace them.

Omg, it is nearly impossible to turn the water off and on. You need the strength of Conan the Barbarian to move the water control thing. It's also very small, so hard to get a grip on it.

I will never buy an Orbit product ever again.

Seriously you can't get the water to come out and as far as something about pushing a button to make it come on I push very hard and it doesn't come on it shouldn't be this hard to use probably going to return it because it's seriously flawed I would not recommend this

I don't know what it is about hose spray nozzles, but they are always breaking and leaking. I've tried metal ones, plastic ones, fireman style, lever type and screw type. I don't think I'm hard on these things but they always fail. These Orbit ones seem pretty good so far. I like the flow regulator valve - very different. Nothing to break or catch on things, they seem really sturdy. So far - so good!

So far the product seems great, it feels and looks heavy duty. Love the different spay options, and I like the thumb knob to turn it on and off. It’s a little hard to use at times but I think in the long run it will be better than the trigger ones. I find I have to replace the trigger ones ever year because they break. Over all I am impressed with this product. 5 stars for sure. Update…the day after I received my order, I found the exact same set at Costco for $13.99😞

Found it for quite a bit less money at a local store after I received but that's the way it goes some times with Amazon. I thought the online price was fair when I ordered it.The product is good and delivery was fast when I needed it.
