Although this air purifier is mainly advertised for use in cars, I have installed it in a camper and it works great. It’s surprising how such a small package can make such a big difference - especially travelling with someone who has COPD, keeping the air fresh/clean helps to prevent lung irritation and gives us peace of mind with all those driving fumes especially when sleeping in it too.Installation couldn’t be easier as it works from your cigarette lighter port, so as long as your vehicle has one you can use this air purifier in it. Whether that be in your day to day car, a camper van, caravan or even for truck drivers etc it will work a treat. You get everything you need right in the box and it doesn’t take up any room - even in a camper/motorhome you can strap it to the back of a headrest with the included strap and it stays there no problem. You could also connect a second unit if required which is a big plus.Having only used it for the last few days I can’t comment yet on longevity of the product and of course, as with any purifier, in time you will need to change the filter but for us it’s a small price to pay for clean air on the road.Build quality feels good, it looks sleek & premium as well as being ultra portable. Excellent unit with no real drawbacks so far, couldn’t be happier.

Purchased in Sept 2020, stopped working in November 2021. Now when it plugs into a car, the 3 lights on the dial just flash red and the until won’t turn on. Bluetooth connection via app never worked. Blueair customer service has been non-existent other than sending me a link to the PDF manual and a number to call in Sweden. Other than that they’ve just told me to contact the seller. Unbelievable…we have purchased 3 other Blueair Classic units and they’ve been workhorses, but this unit is flimsy for the price! Not worth it!! Returning all the extra air purifier filters I’ve purchased.

Setup was simple and easy except for connecting to my phone via the app. Could not get it to connect, always showed an error.Unit looks good and with black interior, its hardly noticeable. Live in an area with good air quality so its always near silent. Great unit.
