VEGO Organic Hazelnut Chocolate Bar, 150 GR

I am a German American who grew up with the best of the best chocolate, and upon going vegan I missed the smoothness of traditional milk chocolate. I disliked the strangeness of rice milk chocolate and the bitterness of dark chocolate. This is the perfect chocolate bar for people like me. There is no strange plant milk trying to replace dairy, only cocoa and hazelnut butter, which chocolate lovers' palettes are already accustomed to and love. It is extremely creamy and generous with whole hazelnuts. If you like nougat, if you like creamy chocolate, if you like hazelnuts or nutella, if you like chocolate that melts in your mouth but is satisfyingly solid, you will love this. The bars are really generous in size and I have many non vegans addicted to them alongside me. worth the money a thousand times over, I will be traveling to Germany this holiday season and my suitcase will be filled with these on the way back.

Vegan chocolate usually means dark chocolate which is okay. But sometimes I miss the lighter chocolate. Vevo chocolate bars taste like smooth milk chocolate. As an added bonus, there are whole hazelnuts throughout the thick, dairy-free chocolate bars. The chocolate bars are expensive, but they are worth it! I was pleased to find that I can now get them from Amazon in two or three days instead of a month.

Really good. I see comments compare it to Ferrero Rocher. Maybe they do taste alike (I never had one of those), but I want to be clear that this product is just really good chocolate with whole toasted hazelnuts inside. No wafer like a Ferrero Rocher.If you remember Chunky, this is the size and shape of five of those linked together. Or maybe it was six; we devoured it pretty quickly. It is not a high percentage of chocolate (not at all super dark), so milk chocolate lovers will like it too. It takes quite a while to arrive. The bar was already somewhat soft despite cold weather here, so I doubt I'd order in summer. The cost is not outrageous for the size. I see $8 and $9 fancy chocolate bars now in stores for a lot less product than this, and they probably aren't half as tasty.

Vego chocolate bar is delicious and that's why I'm giving five stars. However, it is way TOO sweet for me, so I will never buy it again. One bar is 150 grams, but 60 grams is sugar (but most candy bars in stores have more sugar or about the same). For people who love very sweet chocolate bars, they will love these. I bought three bars and had a single square a day. Each bar has five large squares.To be fair, I have not bought any regular chocolate in a few years because I have been avoiding processed sugar.

We first tried this in Ireland and were instantly in love. My daughter has a rare disease and anything from Cows milk will send her straight to the emergency room struggling to breathe. As anyone who can't have dairy knows it is impossible to find chocolate that isn't bitter (usually has to be about 70% cocoa to be dairy free, dark chocolate). In five years of trying every kind of chocolate we have never had anything like this. It is the creamiest milk chocolate taste without the dairy. I wish I would have brought more back from Ireland as it was much cheaper there (about 3.50Euro). We thought we would be able to find it when we went to Germany but no luck! I'm willing to pay the big bucks for special occassions like Christmas, Valentines, Easter .... and.... I need more reasons! It is truly the absolute best vegan chocolate, and I'd say it's better than any regular milk chocolate. I developed an allergy after going off dairy for a year so I'm thankful for both our sakes we can still enjoy something so good.

It’s delicious and my favorite candy but the price definitely hurts my wallet

I've heard about this product before, but being from the US we don't have access to this chocolate bar (at least I don't). My friend a couple of months back went to Germany for 2 weeks to visit family and I asked if she could bring back this bar, but unfortunately she couldn't find it. So, I decided to go ahead and buy it here and even though it took almost 2 weeks (of course) it was worth the wait. The bar is a lot bigger than I had expected and the taste is amazing. To me, it tastes like a truffle, and even though it is a little rich for me it's alright because that way I can save it for another time. I would definitely buy this again when I am craving that special treat.

This is a ridiculously fabulous chocolate bar. One would swear it was not vegan whatsoever! So creamy and contains whole hazelnuts. So worth the time it takes to arrive. And the bar is very big. Whoever wrote the bar tasted like cardboard is nuts!! Do not trust that opinion. It's truly worth the price and the time it takes to arrive.

Sehr lecker, nur echt teuer für einen Riegel... Ich weiss nicht ob die Herstellung echt so ein Aufwand ist, das es den Preis rechtfertigt.

By far the best vegan chocolate that I've tried. It's exactly like a slightly richer version of Nutella or a Ferrero Rocher - very tasty. Also, this bar is HUGE.Will definitely buy again very soon :)

This chocolate bar comes in a big slab and is a great vegan alternative. Price is a bit steep but non-dairy products do tend to be...

Ein Produkt wie man es sich wünscht. Es schmeckt. Mein Sohn, der seit einem Jahr Veganer ist, war sehr glücklich über sein Osternest. Was will man mehr.

Creamy texture but definitely dark chocolate. I wasn't sure as it's not very clear. Too bitter for me
