I bought 8 colors at once, so I am going to cut and paste, forgive me. They are all good quality colors, finely ground, and are true to photo, the color. This was important to me since I am using these for sugar flowers of specific species and want to be accurate. I own a small desserts/coffee shop in Guasave, Sinaloa, Mexico. They arrived on time and were well packaged.

I purchased this to make favors for a unicorn party. I added the color to white hot chocolate and it worked great

I used this color for a baby girl shower. It was the perfect color as seen n the picture. Loved it. I colored my powdered sugar to give a pink tint to my cookies.

All of the colorpops food colorings I ordered were only so-so. Their purples are horrible, making everything pink rather than purple. All of the other colors I tried were true to their representation, but it takes a lot of the powder to get the true color - which frequently altered the taste of the product in a very bad way. It tends to give things a bitter, metallic taste that is incredibly offputting. If you only need a hint of color, then these will probably work well, but if you're aiming for really deep or bright colors, steer clear.
