It came with an American power plug.
I like how it lights up to see where you are vacuuming.

No second battery
There is no second battery, limited run time, does not pick up larger pieces or close to walls well

Great vacuum…but
Very steep leaning curve to know how to properly used and clean it. The dirt bin could be bigger. That said, I’m always astonished at how much dirt it actually gets. Easy to use once you get the hang of it and very effective.

Doesn’t suck up more than dust and crumbs.
I have a love hate for this thing. I love the light and often vacuum at night to see every little dust bunny and crumb. It is adept at getting every little fluff. It is awful at getting anything bigger. Doesn’t pick up cat food, popcorn kernel, cereal- anything at all. Just pushes it around. It’s like an expensive duster. It also cycles chunks of debris around and I can hear it as I vacuum. When I turn it off, the remaining dirt falls to the floor.A full charge will get one level of my middle class size house done with 20% remaining battery. The battery takes a long time to charge.I just got done vacuuming and it left little piles of dirt in places. I wanted to take one of the attachments around to get in corner and suck those piles up. It won’t turn on. It does this to me often and it’s frustrating to all hell. If I pay $500 I expect this thing to be amazing.Other things I don’t love: it doesn’t work well under hutches and furniture on legs. It easily pops up and won’t stay flush to the floor. Not very maneuverable. I also hate having to bend down to put new attachments on. I can’t just pop it off by pressing with my foot or whatever. And there’s no where to store the main head.I read so many reviews and looked at so many different vacuums for my first cordless. I’m just not impressed at all. It mostly sits where it’s hung as some nice expensive art work.

No suck
After only owning the vacuum for less than a year, over time, the sucking capability continued to diminish. At the time, Tineco offered suggestions, none of which helped. Unfortunately, due to numerous health issues, we let the ball drop and missed our warranty window. Shortly thereafter the lid to the dustbin broke. Tineco's suggestion was to pay for a replacement dustbin at a cost of $60. After spending over $400 for a vacuum that lasted such a short period of time, I'm not willing to throw any more money at it.
