Sturdy frame and excellent product
Pole was very sturdy indeed. Extends out well and easy to use. I found it personally excellent as did my conservatory roof and all my windows.

A bit on the heavy side when soaked with water
I did find this product heavier than I hoped but will be very useful when I find someone to use it for me

Connection to hose does not stay in place
I purchased two of these and had to return both. Obviously a design fault. The connector at the bottom does not remain tight V leaks and eerily just pops out.

Arrived day earlier than expected, which is always good. Only criticism is way to much shrink wrap, took me 15min to unwrapping as didn't want to cut into it and cause damage.
