I bought this as the dustbin of my Tineco Hero cordless cleaner kept breaking due to a design fault and it was impossible to get a replacement. So this fits in the original docking station but I didn’t realise that it had only one battery and another battery costs £80! However it’s a terrific good value cleaner and I can use the attachments from the original Hero A11 Master. I did have trouble with it stopping but that was because you need to clean the filter quite often. It’s very manoeuvrable and light but has good suction power and the dustbin is much better and sturdier.

The media could not be loaded.  This vacuum cleaner works fine for the first couple of months then it stops working after just 3/4 seconds of switching it on. Initially it was a great vacuum, light weight with 3 different suction settings and a range of useful accessories but after 3 months it works intermittently. It’s so frustrating cause you have to constantly switch it off and back on every 3 seconds. I have contacted TINECO and sent several messages and videos but they are unhelpful and only offer 65% refund for a defective item purchased 8 months ago still under their 48 months warranty. So DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Bought this for my elderly Mum. She likes it but finds it hard to put together again after emptying.

Bought on offer and very impressed for the price. Its light easy to use and assemble into different configurations, the switch to keep the throttle open is great with another button on top adjusting power. I found full power on tiles and hard floors really gets the dust and number 2 on rugs cleans well on rugs without lifting them like my old vacuum and it has plenty in the battery to get round my 1 bedroom flat and gets under sofas etc very well ! The light is great also. The wall bracket keeps everything together nice and compact.The only thing it's really missing is an indication of how much charge is still in the battery ? It's just a blue led then red when it's done and does take a good few hours to recharge but you can change out batterys if needed.My deal came with a free filter pack but these are already installed so its basically a case of unbox charge and go ! Looking forward to seeing how it does in the car etc as its certainly found plenty cat hair hiding in the corners I never used the reach !!!

I purchased this vacuum a few weeks ago with much excitement, but unfortunately, my experience with this device has been extremely disappointing. After just a few uses, it started malfunctioning in an inexplicable way.The main issue is that it automatically shuts down after approximately 10 seconds of use, even when the battery is fully charged. This situation is incredibly frustrating as I have to constantly turn it on and off every 10 seconds to continue vacuuming, making its usage very cumbersome and inefficient.I understand that electronic devices can sometimes encounter problems; however, what truly disappointed me was the complete lack of response from the customer service. I reached out to them twice to report the issue, but I have not received any response from them so far. This gives the impression that they simply do not care about customer satisfaction.As a loyal Amazon shopper, I expected better product quality and responsive customer service in case of issues. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider my future purchases from this brand.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this vacuum due to its premature malfunction and the lack of support from the customer service team. If you are looking for a reliable vacuum and attentive customer service, I advise you to look elsewhere.

disappointed with the hoover. Suction is weak and it will not pick up bits of paper, etc on the floor. Good enough for light dust.

Easy to put together and good to use. May not stand up to us now having a black lab but we will see
