With the new normal of WFH, a comfortable chair for long office hours has become a necessity and with unlimited options choosing the perfect one gets extremely tricky. So was the case with me however this chair fitted my requirements for every aspect. There is an instruction handout with a you tube video, but this not being my forte I didn't fit the screws well and being a typical customer who is spoilt for choice, I asked for a return. A member from greensoul offered assistance and after understanding the issue in mins he arranged for a technicians visit the very next day. The fittings are intact and I am happy with the choice. I am deliberately adding the entire synopsis to highlight the service I received here and appreciate it. The only feedback I could give is adding a bit more detailed guide considering my experience which can save time for both parties. :)

I purchased two of the Green Soul chairs for my children to use while studying and working at home. My son is in Class 12 and the other, my daughter, is working from home on her new job after her Engineering and also studying for her higher education. You can understand how much time they both spend at their respective desks and good chairs were a very urgent need indeed.After considerable research I narrowed down on the Green Soul chairs and bought them in late August 2020. They were delivered right on schedule and were very easy to put together from the single sheet of pictorial instructions provided as well as the installation video they have online. The packaging also provided the required tools - screw drivers - which I didn't really need being a DIY enthusiast myself and possessing a full set of my own tools but the tools were a welcome touch.The chairs are very comfortable. And they look great! I ordered the Flirty Orange color and I must say I am very happy with their look.I had decided that I would delay this review till we had used the chairs for some time.After about a month of use, the arm rest of one of the chairs broke at the joint where it is screwed to the seat of the chair. The arm rests are a single piece of molded plastic and strong. The break happened at the seam, right under the screws.Green Soul offers a full year's warranty and I contacted them via Amazon Support, who incidentally were extremely responsive as usual.Side note - Dear Amazon, you people have forced me to add the "as usual" to the preceding sentence because we have come to expect excellence from you! Keep up the good job. Highly appreciated!After that I was very pleased to receive a call from Vaibhav of Green Soul. Vaibhav asked me about the problem and requested photos which I sent him. He already had all details of my purchase and after reviewing the photos he promptly called me back and said they will ship me a replacement. A couple of days later the new arm rest arrived, very neatly packed. Luckily for me the package arrived in the late afternoon and I managed to quietly replace the damaged arm rest while the family was busy elsewhere :-) Thanks Vaibhav for helping me not only fix the problem but being able to surprise my family!Very happy with Green Soul. There is a Pandemic on but they respond so well regardless!As I said, great product, great deal and fantastic after sales support! And particular thanks to Vaibhav of Green Soul.Much appreciated!

Value for money.But can be better as the mesh is not at all good for back support.Also the seat cushion is not soft good for this price but if you can shell out more money then definitely go for other options.Don’t think the name green soul is enough as this is just average chair, green souls have other good chairs with slightly more price.

Back locking system is very dangerous it gets unlock automatically when not requiredBack support get lossen in a day every day I need to tight the nuts using allenkeyI faced a incident however I survived but still I want people to make people understand how dangerous it can beI was having a cup of tea and suddenly the chair's back lock got unlock and I was lucky that the hot tea didn't fell on me.

It's great if you're looking for a budget chair. I ordered two; one after the other. Both of them were perfect. Like for 3.5k what better could I have foundIf you're looking for a budget friendly and good chair,I recommend you this. I gotta work from home for another 2-3 months looking for a cheap chair to get you through, good deal.

Ran into trouble after assembling. Customer support contacted me very quickly and professionally. They sent the replacement for the faulty part and the chair works fine now. 10/10 to customer support.The chair is comfortable even after sitying for 8-10 hours per day. People have been calling the back as light material net. Which is true, but as the material is light you have proper ventilation. Your back can breathe and wont sweat. Though i agree the swing part could have been stronger. Even on tight settings the backrest goes way too back.

My seats height adjustment lever is not working (that's the reason i reduced 1 star) . They charged 990 for delivery (FedEx) that's ok but I didn't get a clean product some parts was rusted had dirty grease and had minor scratches( - 1 more star) but they all didn't effect the person's sitting or comfort nor the look of the product. the delivery was pro, it was easy to assemble with their vid and instruction. overall happy with the one because it is just used by me and I don't have adjust the height. Value for money✌ . Thanks for reading🥰Edit: customer care of green soul contacted me and video called. And they helped me resolve the problem of the height adjustment lever. They told me it was bented during transaction and they helped me by guiding through a video call. Now there is no problem worth the money🔥

5 star for excellent packing, during this Covid time they have put one additional wrapping for our safety. That is really appreciated. 5 star for rapid delivery, were able to track my order with complete updates. Reagrding chair it's easy to assemble, videos provided with the steps to assemble the chair. Chair comfort is also nice. Overall happy till now.
