It's an endless battle to keep up with my husky's coat, and now that he's older, going to the groomers is a stressful ordeal. So I have to do all my grooming at home.This tool is great. It's not magic - you have to know how to use it properly. But, it allows me to cut down the time we spend grooming.It's not too sharp, but you do need to be cautious. The handle is comfortable, I don't feel pain after using it.I'd recommend it to those with dogs with an undercoat, just make sure you research how to use it.

This tool was exactly what my dog needed! The tool was easy to use and comfortable to hold. It looked like a whole nother dog with all the hair laying on the ground. Definitely use outside. The clumps/wads of hair this tool removed was amazing! I'm so happy with this purchase, because there were so many to choose from. With this product the $$$ was perfect and it works phenomenal! We’ve been using a regular comb but it pulled too hard against the skin and the cat protested …loudly. It took about a week for him to accept a new combing device, but it really works much better. Bonus…gets the cat hair off of area rugs, too!

I have several cats, let's just say the number varies a bit as I also foster, but I have several of my own. This has been a great addition to my arsenal of combs, brushes, etc. for grooming the cats. It gets deep into the fur, especially the clumps and they can be worked out much more gently. My two oldest (17+ yrs) are not great at self-grooming anymore but are now looking and feeling so much better. I do not think I will have to shave them again. The different sides of the rake have different distances between the teeth so I start with the bigger distance and work into the smaller. It gets so much off and is much better tolerated, but they still need to be in the mood to be groomed.

This brush is amazing. We have too long haired cats and it works like a dream. They’re so soft and look like they lost 5 pounds of hair each.

this tool works really well for getting the undercoat on my dogs, but no matter how I use it-it seems to pull and is painful to the point my dogs do not like having it used on them.

I recently noticed that my cat’s fur was getting matted . He is an extremely fluffy cat (pictured above ) and I was looking for something that would help me with it. I am so happy with my purchase . His matted fur came off so fast! I would highly recommend this !
