This this is super cheap you can tell by how it feels and looks. It does not tighten very tight so it floats up under my daughter's chin, which then pulls her to float on her back or flip her flat on her face. Not a very pleasant experience for my daughter.

It says it fits 30-50 lbs. my grandson is 35 lbs and itâs way to big for him. The strap doesnât tighten enough and the arm holes a really big.
