Q: Has anyone tried to Iron or steam this? Any recommendations?

I used a steam iron carefully watching as I ironed not to overheat and moving quickly, going over and places that needed more attention. It worked great. Just watch what you do.

Q: Wouldn’t this look so cool like in light pink shades?? Right above my bed??

I think so, it is a little blurry but I think under colored light it would look better actually!

Q: How best to hang it on the ceiling and make it look like a mural?

To make it appear like a mural on ceiling the professional way you either need ceiling approximately the same size as mural or for wider ceilings, you'd need to mount appropriate-sized molding around the mural. To attach to ceiling, try double-sided tape, spray adhesive which would make it permanent so be sure to do clean, neat work.
