Q: sorry might be being a bit thick but I can't for the life of me work out how to attach the waist band around my sons waist?

Not sure where this is manufactured but what I can say is after just one session in the park the elastic got all stretched out. The ball came out of the holdal a few times too.

No it doesnt come with the ball. The Elastic stretched out really quickly too. Not very good.

From what i remember it comes in a plastic bag
