It's Rosle
If you're looking at this, you're probably looking at high end cooking (or bar I suppose) gadgets.I have a few Rosle things, and they're all gorgeous, well made, heavy, and work like a champ, though sometimes you have to get used to using them! (their tongs are weird but awesome, for example.) Fortunately, this thing is as simple as it comes, scrapes great small or larger zest strips.If you have the money to spend and enjoy quality gear, you won't be disappointed. If you're on a budget, there's a million options that will work well and be far less expensive, but rosle stuff is just so damn cool.
