My 8 year old wanted some amethyst looking rocks - the color of the product was disappointing.

These are not remotely what was pictured or described. I’m not even sure these are actually amethyst, most of them look like glass. I own tons of raw and tumbled stones and none of my Amethyst looks this clear. There is barely a hint of purple in some. This is my second purchase with this seller but the first negative experience. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this is a super weak hued rose quartz or something else. For rough stones these are somehow partially polished too. Not in a good way. I will not be ordering again.

These crystals looks as if someone tapped a grape skittle on a quartz. I did get one with a decent patch of purple, however I also got one that’s just totally void of color. There are some earlier reviews with some genuinely lovely stones, so I guess like, what’s up with that?Barring the whisper of color, they’re nice stones. They’re nice and big, very pretty. If you’re looking for a bag of just regular clear quartz I’d totally recommend this to you.I’ve inclused a picture with the nicest one, two average ones, and the clearest one. All in all it’s a 3/5, I got a product, however despite the fact that I wasn’t planning on using these for crystal healing they’ve totally jumbled my chakras. Advertise for the product you’re selling, this is kinda lame.

I was hoping for more consistency with the stones. I am planning a meditation event, and wanted to provide these as gifts to each person attending. I don't expect them all to be dark purple, but I received one of the stones in all white color- almost looks like a marble stone. I even had a friend who knows more about crystals take a look, and the stones were not all of good quality. Will ask to have perhaps another batch sent, or will just return.

I’ve had amethyst before and as soon as i opened the packaged my intuition began to tell me they’re fake. I didn’t feel that MYSTICAL energy Amethyst gives off when you look at it, and the crystals look very dull. I will be returning this ASAP.

I received one pound of Rough Natural Amethyst Quartz Stones as ordered - BUT not as depicted. Not ONE stone out a pound was as rich and dark in color as those shown in the description. I chose Cellar_Door_Books for my purchase because of all the rough amethyst products I looked at on Amazon were depicted as dark and purple as these. I am disappointed in the color quality of the stones I received based on the representation the seller held out for consideration.

Unfortunately they look nothing like the picture and I was excited for the rich deep raw purple color. I have bought from them before too.
