I have an iPhone 11 and it fits perfectly. Love the shorts so now own 3 pairs!

I was a 38 inch waist and bought large. They fitted me fine! I've lost 35lb in weight and gone down to a 36 inch waist and my shorts still fit me. If I was you I'd order a medium, possibly a small size. You can always send them back if they don't fit. Get a size small and a size medium and keep your preferred fit, whilst returning the ones you don't want! They're quite a roughed brand and wear well! I've bouldered in mine for over 15 hours and they're still looking almost new and they wash well keeping their colour. I'd buy this make again!

I have no idea but tbh it is hard to push mobile in it. It is more like a bigger keys pocket
