Yes you can but it wouldn't be directly by Mediven.

Q: From your "mediven for men classic & select 15-20, 20-30, 30-40 mmhg size chart" i need: calf iii, ankle vi. cannot find this combo in your 30 option?

Bill, because of the difference of a larger ankle and a smaller calf that makes it more difficult to find a match of sizing. Always measure your ankle and calf first thing in the morning as that is the lowest of swelling. You can call the Medi company as they are always helpful in finding what you need. Have you seen your doctor to find our what is going on with your swelling. If the ankle went down considerably in size you might be able to wear a size lV. Also it depends on your size of shoe. I do know that Jobst has a ribbed Jobst for men stocking that will accomodate a size 12 foot. They can be called also. When I worked at a pharmacy I have had a male customer who was on his feet all day and he wore the diabetic knee high stocking which comes in Med. Lg and XL and he was happy with that. Any compression is better than no compression. If you can get the ankle size down then fitting the stocking becomes a better way to size the sock. I hope this has been helpful to you.
