Blew up at first Day of using
To be honest, the cables look nice and tide, everything is good about this product, except it blew up the first day I used it, I had the fan at constant running, and I kept the PC turned on for almost 5 hours without using it, and when I shutted down the PC, it made an explosion sound, I tried many times to switch it back on again but it didn't work. I don't know if it's a manufacturing failure or assembly failure, but I just wanted to share.

Solid support gave me an upgrade
I ended up buying this PSU for a new build with a 7800X3D and 3080 (future proofing for 50xx) - Seasonic is an awesome choice as always, but this is the FX Version of this PSU. The FX-1000 variant was replaced with the GX-1000 and fixed some power-delivery issues to high-end GPU's.I ended up contacting support and told them I'd bought the FX version because I wasn't paying close enough attention, it shipped the next day and I didn't get a response. Then the package came in tonight and it's a GX-1000 ;_; I don't know if support heard my cries, or if Seasonic just auto-upgrades to the new version, but these guys get 5 stars either way. Thanks for the assist :)

Great Product; terrible choice of courier
Hi,Love the power supply, it’s extremely good, and I really am grateful for it. The choice of courier was curious, and am wondering why it couldn’t be someone other than Purolator, or why Amazon delivery couldn’t do it.I had Purolator fail to deliver it three times, even though I was home, I wasted an hour on the phone total, and finally had to just pick it up myself.It delayed me receiving this part by 5 days.FedEx is far better, and why can’t Amazon just do it?
