Very good quality product and very sturdy. The loungers look and feel great. TIPS!!!! GOOD ADVICE! Fortunately i'm a qualified mechanical engineer so the appalling instructions weren't a problem but with respect, your every day "Joe Bloggs" will struggle. i struggled myself with a few of the fastenings but struggled through. First tip ! Throw away the spanner and hex key they give you. Get a small hand ratchet socket and a longer good quality hexagonal key of your own before you start. DO NOT stress NOT tighten the screws until ALL are loosely fastened on each section. (EXCEPT the single hole arm screws which become hidden and can't be tightened afterwards) And DO NOT forget to slot the adjustable back section in before tightening it all up. Follow this and you'll genuinely will thank me and end up with a great quality lounger.

Great product, delivery good the lounger is very comfy and made well , only draw back is the assemble , I was lucky my hubby knows his stuff , and it still took him a good while , other than that , very good

This is an excellent addition to my garden. Disappointed I could not get black to fit in with the rest of my furniture but I preferred the style of this to others on the market. I had to get a friend to help me assemble it; the instructions were very clear but having slightly arthritic hands it really needed the two of us. Highly recommend the sturdiness and structure, cushion is lovely too.

Wheels / hub. The wheels are attached to the frame using 6mm studs supplied. The studs are two small for the wheel bearings. Also there is no spacer the result is that the wheels do not rotate freely. Also the 6mm tapped thread is overtapped which means the 6mm stud does not bind properly.Back rest. The back rest is fixed to the main lounger using two 6mm studs which thread into tapped steel holes in the square tubing. The holes are overtapped this means the stud wont bind correctly, this means the back rest does not work. I am reasonable equipped with tools and workshop and would normally engineer something to fix shortfalls but there is a limit too which I will go to to get something serviceable.

I bought this for my mother who had difficulty assembling and dismantling her old sun lounger.As this can stay outside it reduces the hassle as she only needs to remove the cover.The original delivery was delivered damaged, however after contacting the seller they replaced with a new one very quickly in time for my Mum's birthdayExcellent service really pleased with the product and customer service.

Ian normally independent but needed help and it took 2 people 2 hours to assembleI would say this product because of the flat pack nature is unsuitable for people with disabilities or not agile to be able to put together unaided

much cheaper than store recliners and quite sturdy,looking at getting another and i would agree with other customersdo not fully tighten all screws until fully assembled as you will only have to undo them againnot the greatest instructions and some of the parts had no coded letter on them to aid assembly and two others had the same letter,only a small niggle though
