Used for breech baby
I decided to do moxibustion after it was recommended by my midwife for a breech baby.My husband did it for a few days and the next scan showed the baby had moved into the correct position.I had done the moxibustion alongside hand stands which worked.The sticks do have a strong smoky smell so should advise to open windows wide or to do it outside.

Emits good heat with surprising little smoke! So great.
I have purchased smokeless moxa sticks before and found that they were still to smokey in confined spaces.These moxa sticks are way less smokey and was able to use in a small space without setting of the smoke alarms!
