Love this phone. I use it with Nextiva VoIP business service. I have one phone at my office and one phone at my home and I'm able to answer my business calls or make calls at either location using the same account on voice over IP. I used to have two phone lines so if I was on a call and somebody was calling me it would roll over to another line... now that I'm using VoIP I cancelled the second line and all I have to do is pay for one line and it gives me up to 12 line capability for no additional charge.

Once you get it set up (I use Vonage), the thing is amazing. All of the manuals and instructions are online, which is a bummer, but the overall system is very nice. The 501 is a touchscreen model which is much nicer than the buttons IMHO. Solidly built. Very happy with this device so far.

The phone arrived so fast, with everything in the box. It's hooked up to the company VoIP already, and I look forward to working with it tomorrow.

The phone works well. The screen is large and the graphics make the data more visible. I have not used all the features yet. The one issue was the ad indicated that phone came with the adapter but it didn't. However, I did receive a credit for the error.

Edit: I believe mine was just defective but they were kindly able to exchange mine.Worked for a month andbroke after a few uses.. screen turns on but goes black but the lights are still on
