I recently took a macaron class and have been immersing myself in the wide range of techniques, flavors and decorations. This book encompasses everything you need to know to be a successful macaron baker. I would highly recommend this to new bakers and would make a wonderful gift for the baker in your life.

I purchased this book to have as a reference book for making macarons. These cookies can be so intimidating and I have been doing a great deal of research before making them.There are so many pictures in this book that are extremely helpful. I has 164 pages of quite valuable information. There is a section on troubleshooting as well which can be helpful.This is a great book for anyone who wants to learn how to make macarons.

I bought a couple of the Macron cookbooks on Amazon, and this one is the best. The introduction covers it all: equipment, ingredients, Frech, Italian and Swiss methods. Written in a great, logical flow with succinct explanations. Great photographs, and flavorful recipes.

I’ve fell in love with Macaron School! I’ve been baking for years just for myself and family and in the last few years I’ve tried to branch out into making more than just your standard cookies and cakes. I’ve tried several macaron recipes, with varying results. I have to say Macaron School recipes have hands down given me the best results.I’ve tried the french and italian meringue method, but as far as I’m concerned the swiss method as shown in Macaron School is the best and Camila makes it easy for anyone to be a master at macaron making.I love that the instructions are straight forward and easy to follow, coupled with great pictures for reference. It’s just a plus that Camila is so creative with the flavor choices and there is literally a macaron flavor for any taste bud.I say no matter of you are a novice or an expert, this is a cookbook you need in your kitchen. You will not regret it.

As an experienced baker, and macaron maker, I am grateful for this amazing book! The recipes from it are consistent, creative, and easy to follow. Just yesterday I made "Starburst Buttercream" from the book and was pleasantly surprised! It's a relief to find a book that is executed so well!

Camila Hurst carefully explains everything you need to know to succeed at making macarons. The pictures in the book thoroughly illustrate the techniques involved and are extremely helpful too. These pictures are of pistachio macarons, my very first try and they came out great. Thank you Camila!!!

So far I've made the churro and lemon blueberry. Everything has turned out really good, even for a first timer like me. I took some to work and my coworkers raved about them. Can't wait to try more recipes!

The book is exactly what you would expect to get from Camila! Great recipes and the photography is absolutely stunning. Camila's recipe is the only recipe that I use for my macarons, it has been successful for me right from the beginning of my macaron journey! I also have her Fantastic Filled Cupcakes book, which you should get if you haven't already.

Excelente para aprender

Having had various success with macs in the past finding this book was a REVELATION! The steps are clear, a lot of myths are debunked and i've never had such a resounding success with a recipe first off. Highly recommend giving this a try and some of the recipes in the back look amazing
