Holy balls
This chair is meh. From the time I opened the box, I was wondering if it was counterfeit. I'm pretty sure it was at least a return because the packaging was on the janky side.Assembly was a major pain in the ass and had me thinking "omg this is so ghetto."Apparently the wheels are supposed to snap in, but I couldn't get them to. I assumed they were just not meant to be secure. I'm a 5 foot petite female and when I thought I was finished, I sat im the chair and the wheels went flying. I sat in disbelief for a few seconds at the cartoon moment I'd just had.Attaching the arms sucked. The holes don't match up perfectly, so there was a lot of pushing and tugging and frustration. The screws seem sort of cheap. They have 1 extra of every small piece included. The structure seems to be a cushion on top of some plywood. I heard it crack while screwing on the base.I was expecting more for $150.The back is not adjustable. If you're a sloucher or someone who has a curved spine, it can be kind of painful to lean back. Maybe it will strengthen my back muscles? LolOverall, the chair is okay. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, but I'm certainly not going to bother with returning it. Will update if any changes occur.*went to take out the head pillow and apparently it also comes with a lower back piece.

Easy to ride, hard to assemble
I'm sitting in this chair as I write this, having just finished putting it together. So keep in mind this is a review of the first 2 hours of ownership.Pros: This chair is comfortable so far. It took a decent amount of physical power to actually assemble the chair so I am feeling more relief than if I was sitting in my old one. It seems rather sturdy and comfortable. The pillow (there is no indication of the pillows existence in the instructions), sits almost perfect for me. I am 5' 11''. There is not much room for adjusting it as it is secured with a simple elastic band around the smaller headrest part. So keep that in mind if you like to use the pillows on these chairs. The arm rest width is good for me as well.Cons: This is probably one of the hardest things I have ever assembled. Try to get a friend to help you apply pressure on the cushions while you screw in the bolts. The holes on the armrests and on the chair don't seem to line up perfectly. The bolts are really cheap and soft so after a few failed attempts at landing in the hole (while pressing the cushions together with all my might using my legs) caused two of the bolts to break. No extra bolts included. I managed to salvage what little torque was left in my poor thumbs and got 7/8 bolts seemingly secured. There is the ever-so-slightest play in the arm missing that one bolt, comparatively to the one with all 4. It would be nice to have some extra hardware. The wise-buyer might go to the hardware store and get steel replacements. It also had some minor cosmetic defects. See the pictures. This and the lack of extra parts is why I knocked it down to 3 stars. The huge gash is mostly what I docked for. Or you could for over the extra $120 for a DX RacerTLDR: This is a good chair. Just get a friend to help you put it together and go to the hardware store and get yourself some extra bolts (or replace them all with something nice and strong)

Good Chair for Cheap
***UPDATE 8/19***The chair lasted for about a year and a half. It broke in a way I see is somewhat common by the pictures others have posted. While it lasted the chair was fully functional and served its purpose. I had to tighten the screws once or twice but otherwise it was fine. I had no intention of replacing it but then it broke. This time I'm trying a name brand chair with good reviews and warranty. I'm taking my review down to 2 stars. Not 1, because it worked just fine for over a year. But when it finally broke I could see just how poor quality the metal is. Anyway, looks like it isn't for sale anymore but I thought I'd close the loop. Cheers!***I'm giving this 4 stars because, for the price, I really don't know if you can do any better. They give a sheet of 'assembly instructions' but really they're kind of useless. No big deal though, I found it easy to see what needed to be done. The rollers were difficult to install but I got it done with a rubber mallet. That part could be improved certainly. The finish on the arm supports (the silver part) is already chipping off a bit. I was concerned the parts would be too weak, but the materials feel sturdy. The chair is comfortable and it is holding up so far. I think it looks pretty good and it is far more comfortable than the hardwood dining chair I was using before! I work from home some days and it is comfortable all day. The material doesn't breathe so it can get a little warm sometimes, but I'm usually cold all the time so it doesn't bother me. It just reminds me to get up and stretch, which is a good thing.I think if you're looking for the best chair ever you should look elsewhere. But if you want a good computer chair and you don't want to break the bank this chair will deliver. It has exceeded my expectations so far.

Strong chair to use at work.
I use this chair as an office chair. It is extremely sturdy and durable. The person who uses this chair is over 200 lbs. He uses the height adjustment weekly and leans back on it countless times during the day. No squeaks or breakages. The head pillow that straps to it is only good if you're going to take a nap while at work, or perhaps if you are a really relaxed gamer. The arms, seat and back are well padded with a thick foam. Chair is very comfortable to use at work all day. Wheels roll nicely on commercial carpeting.Assembly was quick and easy. It took one person about 15 minutes to assemble. No extra tools were needed.
