I really like the frame but it sounds like the wood/frame is going to crack whenever I tighten it. Which brings me to…it needs tightening a lot. It’s also difficult to get my canvas on the frame straight. But overall, I’m happy with the frame…as long as it doesn’t end up cracking!

A little confusing to assemble, but keeps great tension

It's good, useful but the pieces didn't fit together like they should have and I had to do some rework of it. Still, I didn't have to make it myself ir commission it and it does work mostly.

Easy to put together at first, but then trying to put the arm on that holds pattern got frustrated because holes wouldn't line up. Then I pulled the arm towards me and realized it lined up, so flipped the whole thing and finished it. So mine is set up for a left side pattern holder, not right side like picture. 🙄 lol It's a nice sturdy product. I sprained my wrist so this will help me. Thank you.

The plastic clips to hold the canvas bent out of shape after the first few uses and now the whole thing is pretty useless. I was hoping for more.

Ever since the pandemic I have picked up this cross stitch hobby and I was always fighting and struggling with the fabric when trying to thread through. When I saw this and saw that the measurements matched perfectly with my patterns I had to buy it. So easy to put together and I couldn't be more happier with the performance and holding the fabric in place! I love it! Must have!

I think somebody really messed up, it came with some parts that had no place to go the screws were not long enough to screw in where they were supposed to be the whole thing was just a mess I'm very sorry I'm so dissatisfied with it I hope you do better with the next one you send out but you will not be sending it out to me. I will order a different one but definitely not this one

Part number 6 came defective, threads won't screw onto the piece they're supposed to. Really not impressed with how much money I spent on this. I've had to MacGyver a way for it to stay on temporarily until I find a long term fix.
