My bottom teeth were soooooo tall and felt awkward in my mouth. I even asked my dentist to file them down and they thought I was crazy.I was worried about sensitivity so I filed them down slowly in a few different sessions. Smoothed out some jagged ends of my teeth also. So glad I found these!
