I have this hummingbird strap on my Gibson Hummingbird. :-)Design is simple and beautiful. The strap material is soft with think durable end leather. The leather is thick.. a bit too thick that it was hard to put on my jack/strap button. I was afraid that the plastic ring connecting the leather to the strap would scratch my guitar finish but the strap material is thick and soft enough that it probably won’t. I’ll update my review if it does in the future.

Beautiful is the operative word, and comfortable, too. The suede ends are pliable enough to fit over many strap buttons without too much effort, but I usually have to use a sharp pen knife to make a larger opening for the button on the bottom of the guitar. That's where the pliability of the suede is an asset. I've tried other straps with thicker suede or leather and it's a miserable job to get them on (and off if the guitar case fits too tightly over the top of the instrument.

These are very good straps for acoustic guitars or basses. It's cotton so it doesn't slide at all on your shoulder. It's really pretty and the ends are good quality leather, which it is a Levy . Great strap.
