I really wanted to like this bag. Planning a 2 weeks stay in Italy has me looking for a bag that can provide both fuction and form. Let's start with the good.Lightweight and compact- like many others mentioned, this bag is very comfortable. It sits high on your back meaning long hauls shouldn't feel uncomfortable with a heavier load.Material - very night for the price. Hard shell, amd looks to be tear resistant. This is not a bag I would toss around however. Like many hardshell suitcases, this will be prone to cracking and caving with enough weight. Forget about checking in this bag at an airportFunctionality- offering just enough compartments, I could see myself using this for school as well. Sadly some of these functions falls short..Cons.. shoulder pockets, this is barely enough space to hold a set of cards. Perhaps keys are more like it.Slow charging passthrough. I tested the USB hub with a QC3.0 capable of outputting 5a. Most phones have fast charging so this was going to be the selling point for me. Alas, the passthrough only delivered 1a of charging which is terrible for a bag of this price. The port is also USB A. The port was stiff and would not take the cord readily without some kind of force with two hands. If you're wearing the backpack, and need a charge, you're better off pulling the battery out of your bag. The USB port should be fitted with a USB C and A to allow for iPhone and Android along with at least a QC 2.0 standard. The cover should be outfitted with a rubber tab as well as plastic will cause the port to corrode when exposed to moisture.I think as a general purpose commuter backpack it's fine. But the selling point is its charging port and that falls short.

I grew up in the city, so I've always been a fan of having a backpack on me at all times. Out of ALL the bags I've ever bought, this is THE BEST. Here's a few reasons I love this bag:-It's compact (with options to expand a bit) and the form of it is extremely lightweight and comfortable. This is the first bag that doesn't get uncomfortable after wearing it for a while.-The shell is VERY good to have if you carry electronics. There's an inner sleeve behind the shell that I carry my eyeglasses and extra small electronics. This shell isn't too hard, but solid enough I know my things are safe.-The complete zipper is awesome to just lay the bag out and see everything organized. There's small dividing pockets everywhere so there's plenty of ways to organize your stuff.-The lock on the case. I was nervous about buying something with a lock on it because there's always a chance the lock could be faulty. But it's super easy to set up and lock/unlock. (I recommend setting it up and giving a few tries at home)-The design. I was worried it would look goofy on me, but it's simplistic design actually looks good and you can wear with anything. Even the curves molded to the arm straps are perfectly contoured to the human chest.I cannot stress enough how happy I am with this backpack. Whether for travel or everyday use, it's my top pick.

I love this backpack. I've used it everyday for over a year. I've definitely tossed it around a bit (fallen of my bike, used it as a back rest, etc...) and it always has protected my laptop. The only downside is that the covering began to flake off relatively soon after I bought it (see pics). I don't mind too much, but my wife says it looks sort of ghetto. If you care about looking classy, it may pose an issue.If they changed the material it would no doubt be the best laptop backpack on amazon.
