Murder in Belgrave Square Paperback – 21 May 2021

This left me very grumpy. I enjoyed the earlier books and was looking forward to reading this one. Started well, I got to page 51 then ‘phut’ nothing more. A very poor show. BUT PLEASE READ ON -~~~~ HOWEVERI have now been able to read the whole book, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and changed my rating!

Like these mysteries and enjoyed this story and how Tommy and Evelyn solve them. Hope they get their wish of having a baby of their own after Evelyn's reaction to the baby in this story. Love Aunt Em and how Tommy looks after her and his other relations like his cousins and their staff. Have all the books so far and have pre-ordered the next one as i did this one and look forward to reading the next mystery. Will reread them again they pass a good afternoon and are an easy read

What I liked was that the book, in spite of its confusion of characters was interesting and promising.HOWEVER I was overwhelmed by what I disliked - which was that this book one in a series about one family, and unlike the other books available on Kindle this one is not complete, being only four chapters. There is no indication of this on the order form, if I had known - I would not have bought it as I dislike serial books. This was a lack of information by Amazon and mislead readers. Readers who were unfortunate enough to have bought this book should either have a refund or an upgrade to provide the whole book. I would give rating of zero - to the author for permitting this and to Amazon for not informing potential readers.

The so called 'book' ends abruptly after 51 pages. Something went awry with the upload perhaps? Is this meant to be the sample? Very disappointing !

While I enjoy these stories I find it very annoying that the spelling is in American English not Queens English, e.g. Labor, Honor, Center, Favor which are american. Also in 1920's England if someone asked how close you were to someone they wouldn't answer 2 meters, they would say 2 yards or 6 feet.

I was really looking forward to this new edition and waited for the release date when it came i started to read only to find half of the book was missing.So I am very disappointedUntil the abrupt end it provided promise but I am left wondering what happened and who did it

A light and enjoyable novel set in a bygone age. Even the murder is quiet and far from gory. I failed to guess the identity of the killer which is unusual. A gentle and fluffy novel.

The first release of the book got messed up, but now it has been updated with the whole story and it is definitely worth reading.As with previous books by Catherine Coles, there is great depth of character and brilliant twists and turns to the mystery.Get the update if you only got the truncated first release (it doesn't cost anything extra gjust go to your Kindle library on amazon and it will offer you the update).

Tommy and Evelyn are so sweet with one another and kind to those around them. They have a great knack for solving crimes. This mystery keeps you turning the pages as they wade through the evidence they find.

During the at 3 o’clock, on my Kindle i tought that this book finish abruptly after chapter 4 around page 80 by a smashing sentence. I was a little angry. 80 pages is not enough for a book. But I don’t know why, i took my phone and the book continues until the end. So I was able to enjoy a wonderful book. I like very much the Christie family and their adventures. I like the interaction between the characters and I found the intrigue very interesting! I love immensely the books of Catherine Coles

Story incomplete. Sorry to say, this appears to be half a book. So, a who-summit with no solution.Perhaps the rest of the book could be included sometime?Shame, it is actually well written

Where is the rest of the story? I was so disappointed when I reached page 51 and the story finished.
