Description says height is "5, it isn't it is only "3 tall. It is still a nice clock but I was wanting a larger clock.

My Sharp LED alarm clock's display was failing. I bought the same model and the alarm is almost inaudible. I then chose this and am very pleased with it. It's a bit strange to need to plug it into a USB port (or AC adapter) but acceptable. The brightness is adjustable over a large range and very bright at its brightest. The alarm is great. Several different sounds from which to choose and all of the are quite loud. I chose the one I felt would be most effective for my situation and am 100% satisfied.

It’s just what I needed.

My wife has failing eyesight and needed a way to tell time at night. This clock does a good job for her. The brightness is easily controllable and has an acceptable setting. We do not use the alarm clock feature at all. Compared to an "atomic" clock, it loses about a second eb=very few days. It's easy to reset, however. It does need an power adapter, and I have quite a few to spare, so, that was no problem.

Adjustable brightness works from off to full right in 5 of 6 levels. Size is perfect for viewing across room or even from another room

Vendor shipped a 3rd unit to us. A completely different model, this one works better. But I think the original one I ordered was better. Just wanted to say I didn't even ask for it, but the return period had passed, and they just shipped us one. I think that's great CS, to follow up a poor experience. They probably lost money Shipping me a 3rd clock.UPDATE SEP28.I've had the replacement clock for about 2 months. It's noticablly dimmer since when we first got it. It's still usable unlike my first one. I'll probably shop for another...took another start off from my original review.Had to return/exchange my clock. the right side display started to fade. It was slowly going out at first. I was waiting for some amazon orders to come in for the box to send back the clock (2-3 days). By the 3rd day the right side completely went out.Hoping its just 1-time bad thing, about to setup my replacement

I like the white color, the different levels of brightness. It's easy to set up. Nice large numbers to be able to see at night especially for someone that wears glasses. I don't need to put my glasses on to see what time it is.What I don't like is it do not come with a power block for the clock. If your sending a power cord yet not a power block. I believe that should be included in with clock, not just a USB power cable. I don't believe that that should be a separate purchase. I think it should come complete for use.That's my biggest complaint with this clock.Also the snooze button it how you change the brightness of the display. I think there should be a separate button to change the brightness then lock it in, not with the snooze buttonOverall it's been a good clock.As for how well it stands up to the test of time. That is yet to be determined. I haven't had the clock long enough to make that judgment

Looks good, works well, somewhat complicated to set (need to refer to the manual for all the options). The main issues:1. charging plug on the side, a bit awkward, should be in the back!2. main issue: much too light, flips over easily, even the charging cable pulls it out of desired position. The base is all plastic, and doesn't have the weight to hold the unit in place.
