Too small for my car’s cup holder.
Great concept but even with sides extended all the way it was too small for my cup holder. Now I use paper towels to try and hold it in place.

Goose neck is so much better than the previous one
Also had the shorter one, it was terrible, in the way. Buy the goose neck.

only 1 socket cap is included so must disconnect from cup holder to use air vent attachment.
would make using item easier if another socket cap was included so didn't have to disconnect and reconnect

Better not great
Holds the phone in my husbands car but not mine. If your car cup holder is not solid then this unit will not work. Kept one and gave one to a friend.

Very disappointed. Ball joint does NOT fit the ball joint socket!!
Really wanted to like this, but couldn't even assemble, because the ball joint didn't fit the socket...what a waste of time and money!! Will not order from this company again...

Quality was poor.
The stem broke off the base before I could even use it. I was angling the stem and off it came.
