Just go to your local pharmacy and read the ingredients on the back of a package of Lactaid. There you should find your answer.

Q: Is there a difference between original lataid and fast acting lactaid?

I have never tried the fast acting lactaid . I have always used the original and it is very good. I am lactose intolerant and I take 2-3 with my first bite and I do not suffer from issues that I have normally .

Q: How big are the capsules?

They are not tiny tiny, but they are small enough there is no trouble getting them down. In fact, when I eat yogurt I put some yogurt on the spoon and set the capsule on the spoonful of yogurt and it goes right down without water,although I think the directions say to take one ahead of the time if you plan to eat dairy.. I don't think you will have any trouble getting them down. They work really well.

Q: Why does the photo show 9000 fcc units? it’s false advertising! original strength is 3000 units.

It says 9000 FCC units because the serving size is 3 caplets, so one caplet is 3000 FCC as you said.
