The only thing I dislike about the product is that the big rolling tool it has two rubber bands that should hold on each ends, but within 2 days they broke. Other than that, this is an amazing product and I love every other tool that it came with. I love buying things that have more than 1 use. Definitely worth it

It's nice that you have multiple attachments to fit your needs, but it would be so much more convenient if the attachments could just snap on or click together; instead, you have to unscrew/screw the pieces together, which slow down your treatments.The finish on the product is nice and flawless. Fits comfortably in small hands.Be sure to clean well after each use.

This product so far has been great. I use it am and pm before I put my la Mer on.

Haven’t inverted battery, but just using it was absolutely great!I wish it was a rechargeable battery though!

Stopped working the first week!!!

This massager is one of my favorite tools. The t-bar attachment is my favorite. The gentle vibration together with a little massage oil or something to lubricate it's glide on your skin, is a relaxing facial tool. It's sturdy, weighty, and well made.

Update August 27, 2021: Must commend Yeamon for their customer service. After informing them of the battery issue, they offered some troubleshooting ideas. When those tips did not improve the battery issue, they quickly sent out a replacement, which worked fine. Excellent customer service, friendly with prompt replies. This aspect, coupled with the corrected battery issue lift the rating to 4.75 - 5 star, with a very high level recommendation. I need to preface this review with an issue concerning the product. It needs one AA battery to power the vibration feature. None of the batteries I tried would fit into the battery compartment. I understand that some rechargeable batteries are slightly thicker than regular batteries, but I tried a variety of name brand "regular" AA batteries (and I tried 2 types of rechargeable AA batteries). To repeat, none of the AA batteries would go beyond 1/3 into the compartment. Interestingly, the user guide mentions that some rechargeable batteries are thicker and won't fit, and to try regular batteries. I did that with no success. The most interesting part is the guide says if batteries will not fit, to contact the company for a replacement. This leads me to think that they are aware that some of their products were either designed or manufactured with flawed specs. So, I will contact the company to see how they resolve the issue. I will return and amend/edit this review and rating based upon that interaction. The rest of this review will assess the product without the vibration massage aspect. Plus, the rating will reflect this battery issue, and will increase or decrease dependent upon the company's customer service.The presentation is aptly designed, making this a very giftable option. The stainless steel veneer of the handle and interchangeable massage heads creates an attractive and professional appearance. The device has a nice minimalist approach, with no apparent buttons or switches. At the bottom of the handle, the base segment twists to turn the power on/off. If you twist it counter-clockwise, it will halt. But, exert a little more force and it will unscrew the bottom end, revealing the battery compartment. Insert the battery, and re-attach the bottom segment. When the base segment is turned clockwise, it powers off, counter-clockwise will power it on. (Since I could not fit any battery into the compartment, I cannot comment on the vibration massage feature.)There are three excellent massage heads that you can choose from. It has the popular massage roller and T bar heads. An intriguing third option contains two prongs, in a U shape, with short cones on the end. The massage roller tend to be the heaviest of the trio, and affects the device's center of gravity. But, in a sense, it actually helps the massage process.It comes with a cleaning cloth, soft fabric drawstring pouch and user guide/manual. I wish it included the AA battery. (But, then again, since they did not provide a battery, it exposed the fact that brand name AA batteries would not fit.). Attached are photos to show real world images, with a ruler for size reference.The massage set is visually appealing and exhibits quality design, materials and construction. I like all three of the massage heads, and the sleek, professional look and feel of the device. Based on these observations and considerations, this product earns a 4 star rating.
