Great computer, good price, loose curser
It has good processing speed, can video chat without buffering, and is the perfect size for me. Lots of memory, starts up quickly. I don't like the constant updating of Windows 10, but that would happen with any computer. There is one problem. When I use the pad to place the curser and then begin typing, the curser moves slightly even though I'm not touching it while typing. Sometimes I have to adjust the curser a few times. It's very annoying. Maybe the setting on the curser is too sensitive. I'll have to try changing the setting.

Don't buy computers thru Amazon - go to the manufacturer
Don't try to save a few bucks just get one that is really the latest updated, etc. I had to return this it had a loud buzzing sound and would not get out of setup mode. Bought one direct from Dell and it was guaranteed to work and did just fine. Just saying, when you're spending this much, just pay the extra fifty dollars if that's the difference, don't be a cheapo and have to return it, so frustrating!

Black screen
I reviewed this earlier but it has disappearedI do need resolution, this item should be under warranty. I need it replaced.Attached pictures that show laptop black screen, nothing shows up on the screen when turned on. Battery Overheating
I bought this Dell laptop as a replacement of an old one. It arrived on time last week and I was so excited. I finished installing and moving all my files yesterday Sunday and started working on it. Everything was fine, except that the battery easily overheats. It started with the noisy fun on, then in the middle of a work the computer is frozen and nothing works. I have never had up to now a new computer causing issue like that. I bought Dell because my husband has one that is quite robust and last for years now. This one is just a disappointment.
