The side button was slightly loose, however, the costumer support was absolutely excellent.

The power bank was looking used. It has a very poor capacity. Charges 1 phone ONLY once and it goes from 100% to 0%. Am very disappointed

Great customer service, and very helpful sellers. The power bank doesnt drain out if you donf use it for while. I left it on 72% for 4 dah and it was still on 72%. The price is reasonable.

Was delivered in 2 boxes, thumbs up for the packaging. Also pretty fast delivery, earlier than expected. All functions are working perfectly.

The product is defective. It doesn’t show the level of the battery, the torch light stays on, and can’t be switched off. The power one and off switch doesn’t work.

Then I read the German review of someone (verified purchase) who had opened the unit to verify why the capacity did not live up to expectations as others had also found. I thank the buyer for sharing his findings; batteries whose capacity only add up to 30000mAh not 50000mAh as claimed and metal plates to increase weight giving the impression of more batteries. This is a blatant attempt to defraud customers, not even bad luck due to the occasional faulty product.Amazon should pay more attention to its reviewers, especially if a verified purchaser gives verifiable details of why there is a problem.Needless to say, I will not buy this product, if I could, I would tip the German customer who took all that trouble to review and share details. Amazon certainly should thank him.

Habe diese Powerbank gekauft (2 Stück), weil ich dachte mit 50000 mAh kommt man schon sehr weit.Nachdem ich sie 10 x geladen und entladen hatte, kam mir die Leistung schon ziemlich mickrig vor.Ich kontaktierte den Verkäufer mit dem Hinweis, dass es sich hierbei niemals um 50000 mAh handeln könnte! Er schrieb mir, dass diese sehr wohl 50000 mAh haben und diese von ihren Technikern überprüft wurde.Ich antwortete, dass ich sie zerlegen werde um mich selbst zu überzeugen. Heute war es so weit und ich war nicht überrascht, dass sich nur 3 x 10000 mAh Akkus verbaut sind (falls der ehrenwerte Verkäufer sich mit dem Rechnen schwer tut = 30000 mAh) und auch 6 STK. Metallplatten um das Gewicht zu erhöhen, um eben vorzutäuschen, dass gaaaaanz viele Akkus verbaut sind!Lieber Verkäufer: im Mittelalter gab's in Wien das "Bäckerschupfen"...Sie können also nur froh sein, dass wir nicht mehr im Mittelalter leben!!!!!Ich werde mich mit Amazon in Verbindung setzen und weitere Schritte gegen sie und ihr Gehabe setzen!!!!!Mit der ihnen zustehenden Hochachtung!!!!Christian W.Beweisfotos hab ich gemacht, keine Sorgen...

ACHTUNG!! Leider habe ich diese Batterie gekauft und es ist glatter Betrug weil diese Batterie in Wirklichkeit nicht mal die Hälfte an Kapazität der angegebenen 50.000Mah hat. STOP! BETRUG!
