When I received the product, on opening the package, I knew that this was a high quality product. In the last two years I have changed the inner tie rods close to semi annually. In fact, when buying these, I had intentions of buying several to cover me for the rest of this year and next year. I was on the brink of giving up on looking for an original front inner tie rod because I had looked for them almost on all online platforms even right here on Amazon but I could not get just the right ones for my car. Again, I was a bit skeptical because of the failures I have had with the previous ones. This time my Chevy Silverado 2500/2013 needed a complete overhaul of the inner tie rods and I must say that this was just what I needed. The feel while I am driving has completely changed, it feels like the way it felt driving my Chevy when I first got it. The quality of this product is way beyond what its description say of it. Furthermore, it came ready for installation especially after greasing all the parts of the inner tie rod. The price is also very friendly and reasonable to me, all the other tie rods I had bought ranged between $25 - $35 but these ones were way much cheaper. It was and still is unbelievable that at such a price one could get high quality parts. It is very easy to get cheated by the low price you see, just like I was but be assured at that price you will be getting a product that you will not regret. Furthermore, the quality of this product speaks so much into the enhancement of safety courtesy of the product. My safety comes first. I give this product five star as I am looking forward to ordering more parts from Metrix Premium.
