Works Well For A Simple Man

Chunks too long
The price was not bad, but the chunks are much longer than stated. We will have to cut them in half, which is difficult to do with small chunks of wood safely.The request to rate flavor is rather silly, as I have not tasted it. We still have some other cherry wood to use before starting on this, as it is one of the major woods we use for smoking meats other than seafood.
