Fits on State Select Waterheaters
I have a State Select Model GS650YOCTG and the pilot wouldn't stay lit. I went to a couple local plumbing shops to get a replacement and nobody had this part in the whole Sacramento, CA area!Found it here, ordered, came today and I just got done installing it without any issues. It looks nearly identical to the factor installed pilot assembly.

Value for your money
I have gas water heater AO Smith GVR50. Broke the aluminum gas tube of the pilot while servicing. Could not locate the fine nozzle though parts for the gas tube are available. I had to order the whole pilot assembly. It fitted perfectly well and operated well. Was easy to install. Was concerned that the pilot flame may be too bright and large to consume gas 24/7 the pilots remain ON. Found for this device the pilot flame small like that of a matchstick. I am very happy about it that minimal amount of gas will be used 24/7. Strongly recommend the product for purchase (though need to see the life and hence the reliability as it is in use).

Thermocouple was defected
Thermocouple was defected and my pilot light wonโt stay lighted. I bought another one and my water heater is working perfectly now.

It worked.
It arrived on time and it worked to fix my water problem. Remember to make sure the thermocouple line is tight.

Perfect fit
After spending time online looking for this I decided to try Amazon. The very first item shown was this and it looked exactly like the original part. It was a perfect fit and worked great.

Great product
Easy to install works great. But a word of advice, I had to adjust the spark to line up with the pilot so it would light. The spark was firing to far back, so I bent bracket a little and moved the spark forward too hit closer to the pilot orifice. After this it worked great. I donโt know if this was a factory problem or if it was slightly damaged during shipping but if you have a problem with the spark not Lighting the pilot this is probably your fix

I purchased a new part but received a used part. Buyer beware.
