It takes too long to dissolve when you’re shaking it and you don’t really feel that Adrenaline and focus drive to get the workout done ….

So for 15 bucks this was a decent buy. But I'm going to go off of if I paid full price I would have returned it. It taste pretty bad but what can you do? Just add flavor from something else. Would have also liked a better ratio of bcaa, but that's just a marketing gimmick anyway. The caffeine is a nice touch increasing uptake, even more so if your intra shake has sodium and electrolytes along with 4oz fruit juice, it vastly increases uptake. Overall I'm happy with the value I recieved in the overall sense of what I purchased
