These Glow in the Dark VERY well. I purchased white ones and the neon glow in the dark ones but the black ones are where it is at! I wanted to purchase more of them for my event but I didn't have enough time. These are what you are looking for if you are doing a glow in the dark neon party. Made of a thicker latex so they are not thin and they do not break easily. I will order again for my next glow party!

DO NOT BUY. TRUST A MOTHER OF A TODDLER
1ST THEY DON'T GLOW IN DARK. I TRIED PUTTING THEM IN THE LIGHT FIRST TO SEE IF THAT WOULD HELP AND NOTHING. SSECOND: OMG THE SMEll is horrible, I had to throw them away. Trust all the bad reviews. I wish I had read them before buying.. what a waste of $$.

Glow only with blacklight
These will only work if you have a blacklight bulb. Holding up to a light will not work. Pretty and were a hit on glow day at school.

Super fun and cute balloons, with and without the black light!
These balloons are very cute, even in the daylight, and then super fun and cool under a black light! You get a ton of them and they blow up well with helium and regular air.
