Q: Description says “ 12 ft. / 440 lbs “ capacity. Instructions in box say “ 12 ft. / 250 lbs” which one is correct?

I would say the 250 lb since I have a 15 hp Yamaha OB in it and it didn’t hold up so well.

Q: Will these work on the transom end of each pontoon on a Pelican Bass Raider ?

The launching wheels need a flat surface to mount to as well as a reinforced area to attach fasteners into, neither of which the Bass Raider seems to have, so I would contact Pelican for suggestions.

The boat has to have a flat transom to mount the wheels to. A typical kayak is pointed at both ends so there is no mounting surface for the wheels.
