Perfect fit and improved grip and comfort
Fit is perfect. It does add thickness but still fits in my front jeans pocket perfectly. The rubber adds some drag when removing but really haven’t found it to be an issue. Greatly improved comfort and grip. Read the directions, the pin, like the factory ones have a slightly smaller diameter on one end and that’s the end you install first. Also, when removing the hammer spring piece (the plastic part behind the magazine) there is no “pin” to drive out. It’s just a plastic nub molded into the part. Press in gently with a pin punch and gently pry out with something non metallic or wiggle with fingers. Had no issue driving the supplied new pin into the frame.

Hogue grip for Ruger LCP
I really like this grip tho was a little hesitant about having to punch out the rear pin to install the grip but after looking at it decided it was not a big deal to do as long as you have a punch small enough for the hole your driving the pin out of you also have to remove the small filler plate on bottom of grip easy enough. That being said it was an easy operation when I got the grip and installed it and I saved the old pin just incase. After install and holding my LCP I really like the grip I have big hands and this helps make the grip on the gun feel a bit more substantial tho I can still only get two fingers on the grip.At the range it helps with the feel of recoil to some degree but your shooting a 9.7 oz gun its going to have some snap to it no matter what. It seems to help with aim too not sure if its a physical thing or just a mental perception of the gun with the comfortable grip that helps non the less it helps imho.As far as the rubber grip may impede drawing from a pocket holster I don't really have that issue but than I'm a guy and guys pants tend to have bigger pockets than womens pants do. So far I have nothing bad to say about this grip its installed with the simplest of tools a small hammer and punch it improves grip of the gun and softens recoil and seems durable I would recommend to any LCP owner who wants a bit more of a grip on their gun. The grip comes with instructions and I'm sure there are some you tube videos on how to also.

Great Improvement
Perfect fit and great improvement

simple improvement.
This was pretty simple to install. It took close to 30 minutes, but I could do a second one in less than 5 minutes once you know how to do it and have tools handy. Fit is perfect. Looks like a factory add.

Very nice addition to the Ruger LCP
I have big hands and bought this just to try the larger form factor and feel it renders to the gun. I was very pleasantly surprised that the fit and feel were nicely enhanced without sacrificing the fit in my back pocket that the Ruger provides. Easily installed by removing the plastic pin at the rear of the gun (used a jewelers screwdriver as a punch), as well as the plastic plug on the butt where the clip inserts. The kit provides a larger replacement pin that serves to hold the grip in place. One star off for the lack of included instructions, but YouTube saved the day. Recommend.

Great Grip Sleeve
This grip sleeve makes a night and day difference in gripping the Ruger LCP. It was extremely easy for me to put to remove the factory grip base plate, remove the factory frame pin, slide on the sleeve, and install the replacement frame pin. I do have to adjust the replacement pin every once in a while but that is easy and worth doing for the vast improvement this product adds to the grip of the Ruger LCP.

Without the grip the gun felt fine to me and not too terribly uncomfortable
I purchased this grip sleeve for my little Ruger LCP at the suggestion of an instructor who taught me during a Ladies' Gun safety course. She had mentioned that many people find the LCP quite uncomfortable to shoot, but that this sleeve helps a lot. I ordered the sleeve right away, but it did not come in time before I did my first trip to the shooting range with my new LCP. Without the grip the gun felt fine to me and not too terribly uncomfortable, so I considered not bothering at all with adding the grip. However, I had another trip coming and the grip had arrived in time, so I decided to install it on my gun. It was a little difficult removing the pin in the back of the gun and I had to get some help from my husband, but once the pin was out it was quite easy to install the grip. Once we had installed the grip we took it back to the range to try again. I did feel like I had more control of the gun and that it was easier to handle, and I have decided to keep it on. The one thing I did have to change, however, is that I purchased the grip in pink and my little daughter seemed to show a bit too much interest in that color. For the sake of reinforcing the fact that guns are not toys, I did decide to send it back and get it in black. For the sake of clarity, I always keep my gun locked up with the ammo locked up separate, and far out of the reach of my children. There was never a concern that they would find a way to get the gun without my knowledge.Overall, I am pleased with this grip and will continue to use it with my LCP!

Works good/directions lacking
Once installed the grip works well. The problem is the pin that you knockout is designed to be knocked out right to left. The directions don’t say which way to knock the pin out, but the pic implies left to right. Also black print on dark blue paper is not good.
