These really do keep the rain water out!
I finally got around to installing this a few months ago. I wanted to make sure the weather was warm for a few days. My garage door has leaked, due to poor installation of the cement floor, it is uneven and the rain water just seeps right under the door. I had tried anything and was not really expecting this to work. When the weather was warm and dry, I cleaned the floor where it was going to go really well with Pinesol and hot water and a scrub brush, let it dry well in the sunshine and then installed the threshold seal and left my car outside for a few days so the door could hold down the threshold with some extra weight until I was sure it was dry. I then took some silicone caulk and caulked both sides of the seal. I am relieved and glad to say that I have not had ANY water leak into my garage all autumn and winter. The seal is hidden by the garage door, which sits right on top of it so all is good. I am amazed it worked, but it did.

Quality Product
I bought this product because hard rain and wind frequently teamed up to drive water under my closed garage doors. After looking at different products with various price points, I settled on this Threshold Seal as the best value for the price. The product is very durable and easy to install per the enclosed directions. Per some of the other commenters, however, I agree that the amount of the included adhesive in not adequate when applied as directed. Instead, I used an all-purpose construction adhesive with excellent results. The threshold has been in place now for nearly a month and it is holding up perfectly to bad weather, winter road salt, ice, rain, and snow. And no more water in the garage, despite plenty of wind and rain against the doors. Include more adhesive and I would give this 5 stars.

Nice product
I bought two of these as I have two garage doors. I had to trim about a foot off each piece with a box knife. It wasn't difficult to cut. I suggest unrolling them and letting them lie flat on the ground for a day or so to make them easier to work with. The glue tubes were just enough to cover the entire seal. They seem to be sticking to the concrete quite well. One tube cracked and leaked, which made it a bit messy. The real test will be in the winter when I will be able to tell if they keep melted snow out of the garage. Fingers crossed.

I hosed off the floor and scrubbed it with dish soap to make sure it was good and clean
Well made rubber/plastic threshold. I used the advice from others and used liquid nail for my glue. I hosed off the floor and scrubbed it with dish soap to make sure it was good and clean. I was getting a good bit of rain in my barn, and now after this upgrade plus better grading around the barn which Is even more important if you ask me, I haven't had a drop of rain running under the doors. Don't put to much liquid nail down as I did or you will have a 1/6 inch of lift off the threshold and you want it as flat on the concrete as possible. I recommend you getting it out of the box and laying it flat on the floor overnight, and place some weight on the ends to hold it down. This will make it much easier to lay.

A good seal improvement at once.
Impressed with this threshold seal. I chose this because it's advertised as not being made out of plastic. Many have some degree of plastic or don't list primary ingredient. Placement is easy. I noticed at once a tighter seal under garage door. My 4 star rating is because adhesive enclosed had a small hole in tube. The hole was near bottom 1/3 of tube. The amount that leaked was scant and sealed itself. So the adhesive was still usable

Easy to install and completely stopped water intrusion.
Our garage door seems to bear the brunt of the wind and rain and we always had some rain water coming under the door.It was easy to install following the directions included with the threshold. We used all the provided glue and it was sufficient to cover all the area. The threshold is firmly fixed in place. We have now experienced several storms with heavy rain blown right at the door for days on end and not a drop came through.Overall we are extremely satisfied with this product, which fixed our issues caused by slight undulations in the concrete allowing water to enter under the door.

Awesome stuff!
Yasssss! I fixed my own garage problems. Our garage would flood. My husband would tell me every other reason why it was flooding. We had a giant air gap too. He again gave me all the excuses. I did this myself! The adhesive wasn’t that great. I bought cement adhesive from Home Depot. Like the stuff in the paint aisle that you need a caulk gun for. I marked it out with a pencil, put the adhesive down in a zigzag pattern and then laid this threshold. No more flooding and no more air leaks. Ha!
