Q: Hi there-are these paints good for painting portraits on canvas?

Anything is possible. These are considered "craft" grade paints. In general, they do not contain the level of pigmentation for fine art painting. That said, it depends on the skill level of the artist and a grasp of the techniques needed to successfully paint a portrait, regardless of the paint grade, to determine if these paints would be adequate for use in such a painting.

Q: Is this outdoor paint?

A water resistant sealer would be needed on top of this acrylic paint, if used for an outdoor craft.

Q: Can these paints be baked? If I painted on clay and then baked the clay would that cause toxic fumes or mess up the paint or the clay?

I have no experience using these paints with clay. I do know they can be used on fabric and pressed into the fiber with an iron. I am just not sure about the clay and baking in an oven.

Q: Do these painte work well on plastic?

It did for me but I personally scuffed the surface and after the paint dried used a clear sealant. Happy painting 🌹
