Power Button not working since I got the item. Very poor sound and performance comparing with the products in similar price range.

The product itself works fine... but I received an open box and there was no BT adapter in it.It has me questioning as to whether this particular listing is meant to be a simple replacement of the unit itself without the adapter? If so the listing should definitely indicate that... so have to ding it one star unfortunately.

Since the product was so much less than the manufactures retail price I though I would try it. Only the product was listed as with a male USB C type connector for recharging and this model did not come with an adapter for USB type A which is all I have on my old computer, Be sure to order female C type USB to male A type USB Adapter. I failed to realize this, but the item was described correctly by seller. It came well packaged and I am highly satisfied except that you have to search online at Poly for the guide to find the charging time, capacity, etc as the quick start guide is not much help in providing info on how to use or its features. Volume could be louder but sufficient. turn off volume limiter on phone.

speakerphone with useful lights and buttons. Controls mute state of native windows apps (MS Teams yes, Teams web-app no). Speaker loud enough, microphone excellent. voice feedback from device is nice too. All-in-all, very happy with how this improves my telework experience!
