VERY sticky
I used this to extend the drip edge where the gutter is sloped down to the downspout. During heavy rain this area of the gutter would leak like crazy behind the gutter. Just as a warning - do not remove any of the plastic from the sides of the roll. If you do, the exposed tape edges will stick like crazy to anything it touches.

Helped repair leaking aluminum hull
I used this tape, along with aluminum putty, to patch leaking rivets on a 45 year-old aluminum boat until the end of the season, when I'll fix them permanently. I lifted the leaking section out of the water, let it dry, pressed putty around the faulty rivet, let it dry, then pressed this tape over the area. It's exceptionally sticky, and adhered readily to the dried putty and sun-dried aluminum hull. This photo shows the patched areas after 48 hours in the water. No leaks. I'm happy if the fix merely slows the leaks for a few months—they need to be fixed on the outside, not the inside—so these results exceed expectations, so far. I don't know how this tape would adhere if the area was wet.

Does the job
Used to seal 1/2 inch gap around rooftop kitchen exhaust cover...dies the job so far...time will tell how it fares under Florida sun 🌞 with time

Great for cosmetic repairs!
I like that the tape is easy to cut and apply. It paints over really well, also. The outside edges could have been cleaner, but overall it was a good experience working with this tape. As you can see in the pictures, it covered the holes in the metal siding of our garage really well, and the paint stuck to the tape just as well as the metal siding. From a distance, you don’t even know the tape is there. Definitely going to keep this product on hand!

The edges of the tape were all beat up. I would not pick this roll of tape to sell to anyone! The worst on the shelf is NOT what I expect when I order from Amazon. It is a special project I needed sharp lines. Not good. :(
