Nice gadget
Much easier than using a traditional peeler but it isn’t the easiest to rotate apples of various sizes and cut myself a couple of times. I’ll still use it because it’s time saving.

Cambom (a.k.a. Ourokhome a.k.a. EZMO a.k.a. Cadrim a.k.a. Valuetools) vs Starfrit vs Aemygo
None of the plastic Apple peelers is ideal, but here is what I've observed of the three brands I've tried. I can't attest to longevity of the Aemygo, since I've had it for only a month.Cambom (a.k.a. Ourokhome a.k.a. EZMO a.k.a. Cadrim a.k.a. Valuetools) vs Starfrit vs Aemygo Rapid Apple Pear PeelerPros+ Sturdier than the Starfrit.+ Effective suction feet on base.+ Drainage holes are better than the Starfrit, but noticeably inferior to the Aemygo (see photos).+ The twisting mechanism to help remove fruit from the spikes is more effective than the Aemygo.Cons- Construction is not as good as the Aemygo .- Spikes for impaling the fruit ultimately bend centrally, resulting in an apple that is not held in place.- Handle tends to fall off.- Two units lasted 11 months and 15 months, respectively, due to bent/useless spikes.Starfrit 93013 Pro-Apple PeelerPros+ The housing is clear, so you can see mechanism inside.+ Effective suction feet on base.Cons- The flimsiest of the three brands reviewed here.- The interior retains water (and encourages the growth of mold) after rinsing the peeler due to the poor drainage design (see photos).- Spikes for impaling the fruit ultimately bend centrally, resulting in an apple that is not held in place.- Handle tends to fall off.- There is no mechanism to assist in removing the fruit from the spikes.- Lasted 21 months due to bent/useless spikes.Aemygo Hand-Cranked Apple PeelerPros+ Sturdiest construction of the plastic components compared to the other two brands reviewed here.+ Heavy duty spikes for impaling the fruit (that look less likely to bend).+ Well-designed drainage holes (see photo), the best of the three reviewed here.Cons- Plunger button to assist in fruit removal is stiff and tends to just push a rod into the fruit. (You can still just pull the fruit off, but not as easily as the other two brands.- Suction feet on the base are not particularly effective.

Apples have to be medium or large.
Suction doesn’t hold and if the apple is to ripe it doesn’t stay on to peel.

Works like a charm
This works extremely well. Just a few seconds to peel the apple. I peeled very large apples and very small one. The only thing not good is there is no customer support. I want to buy a replacement blade and I can not even find a site to send a question to. My blade is fine, just wanted a spare because I lost one. I would buy this again though.

Great When it Works but it Doesn't Always
First I have to say that if the apple is within a certain size range this works beautifully but when the apples are bigger not so much. I had difficulty with apples I bought at a local orchard that were fairly large. The Peeler itself has suction cups and adheres to the counter quite well but the peeling blade extends only so far. I gave it quite a test today preparing apples for some slow cooker apple butter. I had to break out the paring knife and manually peel 3 apples out of about a dozen. The corer/slicer worked beautifully on all the apples and really was very helpful. I'm still glad I bought it but wish it handled larger fruit.

Nice apple peeler
I ordered this apple peeler and was very impressed with the way it peeled the apples. It was easy to attach the apple and it peeled very nicely not taking away too much of the fruit. The suction cups on the bottom were OK but even if it did not stick well it was very easy to hold down to complete the peel.In reading some of the reviews people complained that it did not come with an apple slicer. The more expensive model like this advertises the Apple slicer but not this one and that’s why I chose this one because I did not need the Apple slicer.Perhaps they need to change their description because it does say apple peeler and slicer.
