Nice HDMI TO DVI-D 19 pin adapter cable!
Purchased two of these HDMI TO DVD-D 19 pin 10 Ft adapter cables to help me setup a triple monitor display at home. Made it easy to route the cables through the monitor mounts and hide the cable to ensure a professional aesthetically pleasing look. Works flawless with my 24 inch monitors. Only needed two because I already had a cable available for my third monitor. Everything works great so far!

Connect a new computer to an old monitor
I built a new computer, and it has only modern video outputs. My old monitor still works well, and I wanted it as a backup, so I bought this to connect HDMI out to DVI-D in on the monitor. It works. When first used there was a bit of pix instability, which I first thought was the cable. The second time I used it this did not happen, and I believe now this was software sensing the combination. I have used other StarTech products, and they have been good. The cable is mid-thickness and a bit stiff, but usually this will not be an issue.

Saved my life for Remote Teaching!
Amazing picture quality! Easy connectivity! Super value for the price. I could not adjust to this “new normal” of teaching without this product. It connected a second monitor to my laptop, and made the ease of adding my third screen (an interactive white board from Recordex) a teaching miracle! In store shopping for this item the prices were extremely high or it was sold out. Found it on Amazon, and with Prime it came in under 48 hours. Five more of my teaching colleagues ordered this the next day! This is the best thing I purchased during a state lockdown for remote teaching/learning!

Exactly as described!
Typical StarTech quality with this product. The cable is very well made, fits securely and does its intended function very well. This cable has breathed a new lease of life into an old DVI monitor and all at a very fair price. A full 5 stars!

does what you need it to
This HDMI to DVI-D cable is perfect at it job, i boaught a pc which i thought was HDMI but as i turns out it was a DVI-D but my tv (which i use as my monitor) is HDMI, so when i looked online it turns out i needed 1 of these cables and it works with no issues at all plug it in swich on your pc and your ready to go.The 6ft cable is a lot more than i need but it is a very generous amount for those that need it or may need it in the future, its all black and seems to be made of good quality.been using it for around 4 month now and now problems i would highly recommend it to anyone

Where to find it.
Once found and ordered the cable worked perfectly connecting the analog computer output to a new digital monitor.Did I mention the price and length ,both are very good.
