I am really happy with this. It fits true to size so don't order a size down thinking you will sweat your way into it. Start where you are as the waist adjusts to 3 different eye hook sizes. It does help you sweat and it very comfortable to wear. I found wearing this alone with an oversized shirt works great!!!!

This sauna pant fits perfectly and works well with trying to “glisten “ more. I would not recommend using outside when the temperature is high as your core body temperature may cause you to overheat.

Definitely makes you sweat. No joke. I feel like it runs a little big. Wish they offered extra small. I got a small and it’s not as tight as I would have liked. It kind of starts to droop down during cardio. I’m 5’2 and 130 lbs. training for figure competition. Would have liked it tighter on my lower ab area.

I just ordered my second pair, and thankfully, I was able to order a size down. Thinking about ordering a couple more at the current size, just to be able to wear all the time, and hopefully again will be able to order some smaller sizes soon. The other thing I love, is because it helps with firming the skin while losing the weight.

Run way to small

I sweat but at some point expected weight loss. I have not seen that yet.

the leggings themselves are good but not stretch enough. I’ve ordered a size S and it was still a bit big in waist, which is important in clothes like this — it should be pretty tight. Overall the material is good.

Very bad quality unfortunately doesn't deserve the price i advise everyone not to buy
