Good fit and comfortable.
The shorts are light weight and stretchy. The inner layer compression shorts stay snug but not too tight. My iPhone kept falling out of the left pocket when I worked out on machine at the gym, so I added a stitch to the pocket opening and now it holds my iPhone with no problem. The right rear zipper pocket is too small to hold a wallet.

Nice shorts for teen
My teen loves these the string did fall out on all 3 pairs but the pocket is great for keeping phone from falling!

These run small
Before I purchased these shorts, I read a heck of a lot of reviews about them. The sizing seemed to be all over the place which made it very difficult choosing whether to purchase or not. I hate returning things. I finally found one review from a female who was around my size. I am 5'5" and 145 and age 60. I have a small gut and not a six pack as I am no longer 20 years old. :). I know that these are men's shorts but they run small no matter what. After reading that one review I decided on the medium. When I received them, I tried them on right away. They fit (not too tight and not to loose) I do not have to tie the drawstring to keep them on, and when I start to lose a little more weight around my stomach area they will be perfect. They are very comfortable. I like the cell phone inside pocket but would not run or exercise with it but very convenient for not having to hold my phone constantly. The shorts themselves are short, but with the spandex legging you do not have to worry about anybody looking up your shorts when you are doing bench presses! If you are a guy there is no pouch for storage if you know what I mean. If you are female then no need. I would have to say that if you are a petite person like me (female) or a teenage boy who has not bulked up yet then medium would fit (like I said they run small). If you are anything other than that... go L, XL, XXL etc. I will only wash and air dry these for sure, no hot dryer. So if you are a petite man go for it but if you are a regular size guy then order up, better semi loose than a strangle hold.

Will buy again.
Surenow Men's Running Shorts have exceeded my expectations in every way. These shorts are not only stylish but also incredibly functional for my workouts and runs. The quality of the fabric is outstanding; it's breathable and wicks away moisture effectively, keeping me comfortable even during intense workouts. The fit is just right, providing a good range of motion without being too loose or too tight. What I appreciate most is the thoughtful design, including the built-in liner that offers great support and eliminates the need for additional compression shorts. The pockets are a handy feature for carrying small essentials like keys or a phone. In terms of durability, these shorts have held up well through multiple washes and rigorous exercise sessions. They've become my go-to choice for any active activity.Overall, Surenow Men's Running Shorts offer a winning combination of style, comfort, and functionality, making them a must-have in my workout wardrobe. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality athletic shorts.

Comfortable, but overall, a hard pass.
There's a lot to like and a lot to dislike about these shorts. They are very comfortable. And, they look pretty good on. But that's about where the good ends. The compression or mesh part of the shorts, which also has the phone pocket, is so thin and stretchy, that if you're running with your phone in your pocket the weight of your phone bounces so much it almost feels like it's pulling your pants down. The compression part of the shorts are not tight at all. The second issue I have, is that the draw strings, have very hard aglets. So, if you're like me, and you don't like to leave your drawstrings hanging outside your shorts and you want to put them inside your shorts, prepare to be poked in the crotch every time you bend. Which, if you're working out, tend to be a lot. The last thing I don't care about the shorts is that they put a very itchy tag right along the seam in your crack. I put up with it until I couldn't anymore, and then I tried to rip it out, and I ripped a hole in the liner. So all in all, these shorts are kind of a bust. I'd stay away.

Great gym shorts
These shorts fit great, are super comfortable and the interior cellphone pocket is a great feature. Side pockets are super short, but zip pocket in the back is great for a key or ID. I originally bought 1 pair to test them out, and then subsequently bought 2 more because they were exactly what I was looking for.

Short de jogging
J'ai acheter ce short pour mon jogging. Le cuissard a l'intérieur tient bien en place. Pratique aussi avec la petite poche pour y mettre son cellulaire. Prendre une grandeur plus grande car fait petit!

Ok product
The quality of the material is ok. The drawstring is useful. However, the base Lycra liner is somewhat loose. It doesn’t fit snuggly so when I run with my phone in the liner pocket, the phone moves way too much around. I own another pair in the same size ordered from a different place and that one fits fine.

Sizing
Smart of ya to read reviews. Before purchasing. If you are a medium you must buy LARGE - they didn’t show the maxi pad at the back pocket in any pics - why wasn’t that fluorescent instead?! Short quality is ‘meh’ but passable.
