RG 1/144 GUNDAM ASTRAY GOLD FRAME

Fast delivery of exactly what I was looking for. The KIT looks amazing & I can hardly wait to build it.

First off, love that big gun, though its weight makes it so the kit really can't hold it in a firing position. The kit is sturdy, much sturdier than the Strike Gundam of the same Gundamverse. The exposed gold frame (hence the name), really pops against the white and black.I have had some trouble with the backpack trying to pop off but it has a light connection due to its nature, and it is an easy fix if it does manage to come off. Otherwise, spectacular.

Great build, very similar to the Gundam Astray Red Frame.

Definitely worth buying. If you are a RG gundam fan. This is worth being in your collection!

After building 10+ Gundam kits, this is the first one I've purchased where it did not have the factory tape, and instead this cellophane tied around it like a bow. (Refer to photos)I'm not sure if this is common, but this being a single occurrence makes me think something is wrong in this situation.For such an expensive and collectible kit, the packaging should be perfect, and there should be no question of authenticity, this packaging appears to be an afterthought.I wouldn't recommend this product given this information. I'm too scared to open it to see if it's actually real, and void my return window, so I'm unsure of what to do with it.$80+ wasted for me.
