Good product and helpful customer service
Comfortable solution to worries about light leakage; good to have a working fly-front. There was a slight fulfillment problem that was remedied quickly by a very prompt and courteous customer service operator.

Great for small urine accidents
My husband needs to wear these in case of urine accidents during the day. They wash and dry very well and he finds them very comfortable.

Bad fit and other products a better alternative
The insulating material was stiff and did not conform in the front and had needless excess material in the rear. Although slightly more expensive, I recommend eitherPROTECHDRY Washable Incontinence Cotton Underwear Boxer with Absorbent Areaor the disposable Tena Incontinence Guards, both of which very well absorb slight urinary leakage resulting from prostate cancer radiation treatment.

Seller misrepresented product.
Sellers add originally touted product as 10oz fluid retention. after using the product and finding it did not retain 10oz of fluid I checked their ad and saw that they had changed it to 5oz fluid retention. (Package is marked 4oz fluid retention. If they claim they did not change the ad they are LYING. There were no laundering instructions with the product. They also say you can't return if package is opened. You have to open the package before you can find out that the product is not as advertised so that negates the possibility of returning the product. So now I am stuck with these. I solved my problem by buying another vendors product and am very pleased with them. PS. They did send laundering instructions when I complained to them about there product along with telling me I could not return an opened product. The white ones I bought are much better all around. Also, the grey ones have a rib across the seat which gets uncomfortable after sitting a while.

EVEN A FEW DROPS LEAKS THROUGH UNPROTECTED "FLY" OF PANTS. NEEDS DESIGN CHANGE
BOUGHT 3 EACH 38-40, AND 34-36. "ALL" LEAKED THE FIRST FEW DROPS, WHEN SITTING, LAYING ON SIDE, WHILE PLAYING WITH GRANDCHILDREN. LEAKS THE FIRST FEW DROPS THROUGH UNDERWEAR AND PANTS. INSIDE, THE THICKER PADDING HOLDS THE RIGHT SIDE HIGHER SO THAT "THE END OF A MAN'S HOSE" GRAVITATES INTO A POCKET MADE BY THE LOWER SINGLE LAYER "FLY". You may need to touch it there to see how easily it drops down. I HAVE SMALL UNKNOWN TO ME LEAKS WHEN I FORGET AND WAIT TOO LONG TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. PLAYING WITH GRANDCHILD, WHO SCREAMS WHEN I LEAVE FOR A MOMENT, I HAVE SEVERAL TIMES BEEN EMBARRASED BY WET PANTS. CONSIDER THAT IT'S MOST OFTEN OLD MEN THAT WEAR THESE, SO THAT THEY ARE MOST OFTEN NOT "ENLARGED". PLEASE REDESIGN AND SEND REPLACEMENTS. THESE LOOK VERY GOOD, BUT FAIL. I'VE PURCHASED A BUNCH OF OTHER STUFF TO TRY. DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO WEAR PAPER DIAPERS ALL THE TIME. RESPECTFULLY, b

Wearever incontinence briefs. They do hold urine but feel ...
Wearever incontinence briefs. They do hold urine but feel damp and uncomfortable when a leakage takes place. Incontinence pads don't do this and to put pads inside in addition is far too bulky and shouldn't be necessary. So I have gone back to planer briefs and stick a pad inside.'Wherever' do wash well however but that doesn't solve the wet unpleasant feeling.Bob.
